These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and joy9bd ("joy9bd", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the joy9bd website at joy9bd.bet and all associated services, games, betting products, promotional offers, and account features made available through the platform.

By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, or otherwise using any part of the joy9bd platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the joy9bd platform.

joy9bd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the platform. Continued use of joy9bd after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

1.1 To register and use joy9bd, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity acting on behalf of a third party).
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any other party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online betting and casino gaming is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You have not previously had a joy9bd account suspended or closed for breach of these Terms.

1.2 joy9bd reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of ownership of any payment method used. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

1.3 Employees, contractors, directors, and immediate family members of joy9bd or any of its affiliated companies, technology providers, or game studios are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in real-money gaming on the platform.

2.1 To access real-money features on joy9bd, you must register a player account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information. You agree to update your information promptly if any details change.

2.2 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. joy9bd will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your login details secure.

2.3 You must not share your account with any other person. All activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility, whether or not you authorised that activity.

2.4 joy9bd uses a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify player identities. You may be required to submit copies of your National ID card, passport, or other documents at registration or at any subsequent point. Accounts that fail KYC verification may be restricted or permanently closed.

2.5 Only one account per person, household address, device, or shared IP address is permitted. Where multiple accounts are identified, joy9bd reserves the right to merge balances, cancel bonuses, and close duplicate accounts without prior notice.

3.1 All deposits and withdrawals on joy9bd are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the platform's approved payment channels. Current supported methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. joy9bd may add or remove payment channels at its discretion and without prior notice.

3.2 You must only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of your account and the forfeiture of associated funds.

3.3 Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your account at the time of the transaction. These limits are subject to change.

3.4 Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been previously used to deposit into the account, or to a payment method verified as belonging to the account holder. joy9bd reserves the right to conduct additional identity checks before processing any withdrawal.

3.5 Withdrawal processing times are estimated and not guaranteed. While joy9bd endeavours to process withdrawals to mobile wallets such as bKash and Nagad promptly for verified accounts, external processing delays on the part of payment providers are outside joy9bd's control.

3.6 Any funds deposited that are identified as originating from unlawful activity will be frozen, reported to the relevant authorities, and forfeited. joy9bd cooperates fully with any lawful investigation into the source of funds.

4.1 joy9bd offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, validity periods, and maximum withdrawal limits on bonus winnings.

4.2 Welcome bonuses are available to new players only, on their first qualifying deposit. A player may only claim a welcome bonus once. Any attempt to claim a welcome bonus more than once — including by creating a second account — constitutes a breach of these Terms.

4.3 Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any winnings derived from those bonus funds may be withdrawn.

4.4 joy9bd reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions that have been accepted but not yet met in full remain subject to the terms of the offer at the time of acceptance.

4.5 Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts. joy9bd may withhold bonuses and associated winnings if it has reason to believe a player is abusing the bonus system, including through coordinated play, arbitrage, or use of multiple accounts.

4.6 Seasonal promotions aligned with Eid, BPL cricket, and other Bangladesh cultural events are offered at joy9bd's discretion. The specific terms of each seasonal offer are published on the platform at the time the promotion is active.

5.1 All bets placed on joy9bd are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, event, or game. It is the player's responsibility to understand the applicable rules before placing a bet.

5.2 Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the platform, it may not be cancelled or amended. joy9bd reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed on an event with an obvious pricing error, or placed after the outcome of the event was already known.

5.3 In the event of an event abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bets will be settled in accordance with joy9bd's sport-specific settlement rules, which are published in the platform's help centre.

5.4 Maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets. These limits vary by sport, event, and market type. joy9bd reserves the right to reduce stake limits for individual players at any time without providing a reason.

5.5 Live betting markets are offered subject to real-time data availability. In the event of a data feed failure or delay, joy9bd reserves the right to suspend live markets temporarily. Bets already accepted before a suspension will be honoured subject to standard settlement rules.

5.6 Cricket betting on the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), IPL, T20 World Cup, and other tournaments is offered subject to availability. Specific cricket betting rules — including dead ball situations, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method adjustments, and reduced-over matches — are applied in accordance with established tournament playing conditions.

6.1 All casino games available on joy9bd — including slots, live casino tables, crash games, and instant-win titles — are provided by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Spribe. Each game operates under the rules established by its respective provider.

7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on joy9bd and may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of pending bets, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to interact with the platform in a way not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus systems.
• Providing false personal information, impersonating another person, or using a stolen or fraudulently obtained payment method.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, display errors, or pricing errors on betting markets.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other tool to obscure your true location or circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using joy9bd for money laundering purposes.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of sports integrity violation.

7.2 joy9bd employs technology to detect patterns of play consistent with prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, joy9bd may take immediate action including freezing account funds pending investigation.

10.3 joy9bd shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. joy9bd operates as a platform serving players based in Bangladesh and applies its Terms accordingly.

11.2 The parties agree that any dispute that cannot be resolved through joy9bd's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant competent courts.

11.3 These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated version (if provided), the English version shall prevail.

12.1 joy9bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, joy9bd will provide notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, unless immediate implementation is required for legal or security reasons.

12.2 Your continued use of joy9bd after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your account.

12.3 The version of the Terms in force at the time a dispute arises shall be the version that applies to the resolution of that dispute, unless a more recent version is more favourable to the player in the relevant respect.
